Comcast blocking valid calls

Starting in the last week, calls from current and new contacts are being blocked.  When I touch phone icon it shows which calls were blocked.  When I touch the phone icon/menu in upper right/settings/block numbers it does not show the phone number that was blocked.  What is causing that?  How do I unblock valid non-spam phone calls?
