Claim: misled by the online representatives to order the mobile service and an iPhone

I am a new customer of Xfinity. I am filing this claim because I was misled by your online representatives to order the mobile service and an iPhone. Your online representative told me wrong information which made me buy the mobile service and an iPhone which I don’t want to buy. Please cancel the service and refund or consider decreasing my monthly payment by $15. Please reply.
