Charged after cancellation of Xfinity mobile service

​I have contacted Xfinity on multiple occasions to cancel the mobile service. I continue to be charged! I was promised a refund each time I called. I endured excessive hold times to speak with customer service and provided a cancellation # 457070388-A. I want the charges to stop!​

Hello @user_07b832  In order to get this resolved as quickly as possible, I recommend you reach out to our amazing Mobile agents at (888) 936-4968 by call or text. You can also reach out any time by going to this link here: https://comca.st/32Zzr8o. From there you would just go to the bottom of the page and click the 'Ask Xfinity' button and request to speak with an agent. Once that's done, you'll be connected with one of our dedicated mobile agents who are available 24/7.

My contact with Xfinity reps has gotten me nowhere! If you review the notes on my account you can verify that I have tried multiple times to cancel my account. This is fraudulent behavior on behalf of Xfinity and is grounds for a class action lawsuit!

You also have the option to speak to a representative at the local service center https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q=39.6738%2C-104.9324 You can also make an appointment before going

@user_9d9762​ honey I’m sitting here in an xfinity store waiting on a refund for mobile service that I have NEVER had!!  Since October of 2021 they take money off my card for mobile. One month they took $70. They owe me $345.20 right now and after talking to agents on phone and chatting they said they would refund me here. Now I was just told maybe not. I’m so mad right now!!! I’m watching agents here in store just standing or sitting around not doing anything!!  When I got signed in I had 14 ppl ahead of me. I now have 7 and I’ve been here over 2 hours!! I had to pay someone nearly 1/2 of the refund for gas just to bring me.

I just came out of xfinity and a rep only got me 4 months of a refund after 15 months of calling them each and every month. I’m calling corporate Monday and if no satisfaction, I’ll call a lawyer. [Edited: "Language"]

Oh and I found out they actually owed me $416 instead of $345. They are low down. I’m 61 and disabled and get $800 per month in income period!!!! They did me this way!! There’s no telling how bad they’ve done others.

Best of luck!  I'm going  through the same thing.  I spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone with an agent today who kept changing his story as to why I've received a bill for $118 (which is way more than I have ever agreed to pay!) for services that were canceled and equipment that was returned well over a month ago!  Furthermore,  I was told when returning my equipment that I would no longer receive a bill!

well one thing I would find humorous if I weren’t so mad is how many have tried to just talk about how beautiful my name is!!!???!!! Really!!! I’m not stopping till I get my refund.

I am having the same issue, disconnected service in Nov. 2022, continue to be billed each month, phone calls each month with long wait times result in "I will get a refund for previous month and a credit for current month, and my account is now closed."  NONE OF THOSE has happened!  I guess they need a class action lawsuit to get their attention.

@user_76783e​ file a complaint with the FCC.  There's a form to fill out on their website.  Once they deliver the complaint to xfinity,  you'll have an executive calling...very urgent to resolve the situation.

I’m currently going through this! I had service and had it canceled the day it was supposed to start due to misleadings upon signing up. I continue to be charged and i’ve called in over 5 times. How did this finally get resolved?

I just filed a complaint with the FCC! Thank you for that tip!!! I am so SICK of companies this size just getting away with treating customers this way! I have been a customer with Comcast since 1995, thank god frontier is putting in fiber optic lines in my neighborhood so I can finally say GOODBYE FOREVER to Comcast
