Charged after cancellation of Xfinity mobile service
I have contacted Xfinity on multiple occasions to cancel the mobile service. I continue to be charged! I was promised a refund each time I called. I endured excessive hold times to speak with customer service and provided a cancellation # 457070388-A. I want the charges to stop!

Hello @user_07b832 In order to get this resolved as quickly as possible, I recommend you reach out to our amazing Mobile agents at (888) 936-4968 by call or text. You can also reach out any time by going to this link here: https://comca.st/32Zzr8o. From there you would just go to the bottom of the page and click the 'Ask Xfinity' button and request to speak with an agent. Once that's done, you'll be connected with one of our dedicated mobile agents who are available 24/7.

Best of luck! I'm going through the same thing. I spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone with an agent today who kept changing his story as to why I've received a bill for $118 (which is way more than I have ever agreed to pay!) for services that were canceled and equipment that was returned well over a month ago! Furthermore, I was told when returning my equipment that I would no longer receive a bill!

I am having the same issue, disconnected service in Nov. 2022, continue to be billed each month, phone calls each month with long wait times result in "I will get a refund for previous month and a credit for current month, and my account is now closed." NONE OF THOSE has happened! I guess they need a class action lawsuit to get their attention.

I’m currently going through this! I had service and had it canceled the day it was supposed to start due to misleadings upon signing up. I continue to be charged and i’ve called in over 5 times. How did this finally get resolved?

I just filed a complaint with the FCC! Thank you for that tip!!! I am so SICK of companies this size just getting away with treating customers this way! I have been a customer with Comcast since 1995, thank god frontier is putting in fiber optic lines in my neighborhood so I can finally say GOODBYE FOREVER to Comcast
