Can't see 2020 bills. Last bill on account is DEC 10, 2019
What's going on Xfinity Mobile? I talked to an agent yesterday and they promise the issue was going to be solved. I still can't see any 2020 bill. Issue has been going for months. I am so shocked that in 2020 you guys are taking money from my bank account but I can't see any detail about it.
And again my company reimburse $50 each month for mobile but I can't declare any related expense because of this issue. Bravo people!
