CANT CALL OUT, receive calls, send or get texts!!!!
I got a brand new iPhone 11 last month. Been a customer for over a month now. All of a sudden at 8:30pm tonite my phone had no mobile capabilities. Failed texts. Can’t call out or receive calls. ALSO HAPPENING ON MY MOMS PHONE ON OUR SHARED PLAN!!!! Called customer service after doing network reset etc. He told me he has had several calls today. Told me to reset ALL SETTINGS! Lost all my settings and Apple Pay info! STILL NOT WORKING!!! He had no explanation but said to go get new SIM card at Xfinity TOMORROW!!! I have to work at 730 am cannot get to store.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE SIM ISSUES ON THE SAME EXACT PHONES ON THE SAME NETWORK AT THE SAME TIME????!!!!
If My brother wasn’t over I would not have been able to even call Xfinity period. If in an emergency wouldn’t even be able to call 911. I PAY OVER $120 for my cell phone plan FOR MY PHONE TO NOT WORK OUTTA THE BLUE?!
Xfinity rep was not helpful I asked for bill credit he said he could not do it UNLESS MY PROBLEM WAS FIXED and HE GOT APPROVAL !!! I was a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS RIDICULOUS technology chaos. My mom was customer of Verizon for 10 years NEVER ONCE HAD TO GO TO GET A NEW SIM. THis will be her SECOND TIME in 2 weeks having no phone and having to get a new sim from the store because the activation sim they sent wouldn’t activate.
I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING getting out of my plan and LEAVING THEM!!!!
