Can’t access my account and bill is overdue

I have two accounts because I recently moved. One is only internet, One is internet and mobile (3 lines). I have autopay set up and I received the “payment did not go through” email with a link. The link takes me to the incorrect account and when I try to log on it gives me an error message. Quickpay over the phone and online doesn’t work. This is a complete xfinity glitch and I’m sure I’m going to lose service soon because 4 agents I’ve dealt with cannot resolve the problem. This is so frustrating and no one that works for xfinity knows how to fix anything. They seem to make it worse as I specifically asked for my accounts to be separate not merged [Edited: "Language"]!
