Cannot receive texts on iPhone from android users

I have an iPhone both my boys have Samsung.  Since we switched to xfinity I cannot receive any texts from them or any other android users. We updated app. Restarted did everything we were told to do when we called customer service but still nothing has changed

Did you switch from Samsung to iPhone? If you were previously on an Android phone and using Samsung Messaging or another Android messaging platform such as RCS or Google messaging you will need to log off of that platform.
