Cannot order new device on the website
When I try to order a replacement device on the Xfinity Mobile website I am unable to add anything to my cart. I select the phone, no payment plan, and then click "Add to Cart". It just shows three dots on the button for a few seconds, then nothing happens. I check my cart and the device isn't there, and no matter how many times I re-do this process it still doesn't get added. I've tried this on multiple devices and web browsers. I just want to give Xfinity $1,000 for a new phone. Please take my money.
