Cannot order new device on the website

When I try to order a replacement device on the Xfinity Mobile website I am unable to add anything to my cart. I select the phone, no payment plan, and then click "Add to Cart". It just shows three dots on the button for a few seconds, then nothing happens. I check my cart and the device isn't there, and no matter how many times I re-do this process it still doesn't get added. I've tried this on multiple devices and web browsers. I just want to give Xfinity $1,000 for a new phone. Please take my money.

You must be able to log into your Xfinity Account to order new or replacement devices. Xfinity has be doing some re-authentification of its logins and this could be your problem. If you are no longer automatically being logged in, or cannot login because the login screen is not showing up, you may need to reset your network setting AND/OR clear your browser History and Website Data.
