cancelled phone order
I am thoroughly disappointed with xfinity. I ordered new phones for myself and husband back inMay and as of today, June 16th, the phones had not been delivered. I called to find the status ofthe phones and I was TRANSFERRED TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE and the 4th person CANCELLEDMY ORDERS. I received a promo code from xfinity for $400 off a new IPhone on May 5th. I placedorders on May 8th and May 11th (with the assistance of a customer service agent). I was givingxfinity the benefit of doubt that they would honor the orders and send the phones as requested. Ireceived 2 email confirmations that the orders went through. They charged my card for eachdeposit for each phone. Never did I receive an email from xfinity stating that the orders were notprocessed or cancelled until today when I called to speak to a human. I was on the phone for 1hour and 39 minutes - from the initial call with Darin to the 2nd contact with John to thecustomer account executive Zyran to the verification team Francisco (who cancelled both myorders today 6/16/22) to the advanced department Katy (where there was a lot of unnecessarynoise in the background to annoy their customers and who was adamant that they could not helpbecause the promo code had expired). I will be switching my service with xfinity. They have notstood up to my expectations and they do not honor their promotions and I am sure with the loss ofone customer, they will continue to stay afloat. POOR RATINGS!!! Not satisfied with their customerservice at all. THE WORST OF ALL CABLE AND MOBILE PROVIDERS!!!
