Can not cancel a line

I have a line and want to cancel it, but this line somehow not showing in my xfinity mobile account. The retail store can not help me to cancel or suspend it. I also called the xfinity, but they also fail to do so. So I have to keep pairing for a line I don't use. Now xfinity ask me to update my payment method, of course I can not do that either, because I can't even see this line in my account! What should I do to cancel this line?

@XfinitySelena I tried "Ask Xfinity", but failed again. The agents tell me that they can can only cancel the line when they find the account, and of course they can not find the account. Can I just give you guys the phone number to be canceled?

@XfinitySelena​ I'm having a similar issue. I have spoken to several customer service reps over the phone and via chat to cancel an xfinity mobile line that was only used about a week back in February.  Each time, they have assured me it's been canceled and that my CC information has been deleted, yet I still keep receiving charges 4 months after the initial cancellation. Who do I escalate this with? Please provide an email as customer service reps over the phone and chat haven't been able to process this simple request.
