calls to NY I never made

Does anyone have issues with phone calls to a NY number([Edited: "Personal Information"]) by themselves?

This number shows up on my bill, lots of "sent" calls, but it does not show up on my phone's recent made calls or registry . I can't block it because they are outgoing calls. Comcast does not know why it happens and can't help me. In the meantime, in 1 month there are 35 minutes of calls(1 or 2 min at a time) done thru or by my phone and no one can tell me why.
