BYOD gift card status still says “Eligibility pending” It’s been 90 day
I bought my devices (5 lines)over to Xfinity Mobile in NOV 2022 (no payment issues,no interruptions) and my status for the gift cards still hasn’t changed.
Is this normal? Please help, thanks in advance!
