BYOD $50 GC status on Xfinity Reward Status page
Hello - I moved a line over to Xfinity Mobile on Nov 10, 2020 (BYOD) and was able to check and see the statue of my rewards card on the xfinity reward status page. I looked for it again today and it no longer shows at all on the page. There are other old and current rewards showing for my account; but the BYOD $50 disappeared. Is this something an Xfinity employee, and/or someone with the ability to create an escelation ticket can help me solve? Thanks!
