Bill payments

I had a debit card change and I am having trouble because I need the old debit card number and I can't seem to get it.  Is there anyway I can have payments sent to me without autopay?

Hi @yw3   Thank you for posting to the forum.  I have found some information that can be useful to you.  Unfortunately, Xfinity Mobile does not support paper billing,  but you can make your payment the following way if you do not want to have the payment method be "autopay."  I have included both payment methods below:

 
 

There are two ways to pay your Xfinity Mobile bill.

  1. By default, all bills are set on auto-pay. This means we will automatically charge your card every month for the full amount owed on your bill. Your auto-pay date is always 20 days after your billing cycle closes.
  2. You can also make a one-time payment before your auto-pay date. Just select Pay Full Balance Now in the Billing section of your Xfinity Mobile account after your billing cycle closes but before your auto-pay date arrives.

You can access your account information by logging into your account online or on the Xfinity Mobile App.  I hope this helps!
