​​​I signed up cause they offered a promotion for a new phone or $200 gift card. I went with the new phone and when the new bill came out, they charged me 20.41 extra, for the new # and phone payments for a phone that should have been free. Called and they said the promotion was only if I ported over my old #. Didn't make sense cause they sent me a phone with a sim card with a new # and never mentioned moving over my #. Since they wouldn't honor this deal, I cancelled and sent the phone back. ​​​​

​​​​Everything has been cancelled and today I get charged 8.99. No reason at all. I call Xfinity Mobile  (currently have been on the phone for 1:16:40) and they say, we can't see that you were charged. Mind you I got an email from Xfinity Mobile earlier that said "We ere unable to process your recent payment of $8.99 on March 13 with the MasterCard on file." along with a declined charge from my bank.​​​

​​This is by far the worst service I experienced from a "legit" company. They take no responsibility for what they tell and do to their customers. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Xfinity Mobile.​​​

Proof that im not making things up. And they charged my card once again today, although my service is disconnected
