Authentication Texts not being received

I switched to Xfinity from Sprint back in May 2021. Since then, most 2-factor authentication texts do not come through to my phone. My husband and sister switched at the same time (we were all on same plan at Sprint so we all switched to Xfinity) and they are having the same issue.
