Apple Watch won’t connect to cellular data.
My Apple Watch I purchased from xfinity mobile won’t find or connect to cellular data. I’ve been on the phone for 5 hours today with several different people trying to get someone to fix the issue. I’ve had to restart and re pair my watch and iPhone 11 Pro Max several different times and still nothing. We even did a conference call worth Apple and the Apple guy had me update both iPhone and watch and said that should fix the problem and then told me bye. Updating and restarting after the updates and factory reset all did nothing to help the issue. This is extremely frustrating and the fact that no one knows how to correct the problem is even more frustrating!

Same, I am on the verge of going back to Verizon, the customer service and lack of help has been absolutely atrocious for this issue.

I'm having the same issues. Many hours on hold and time at the store with no answers. I have a new apple watch 5 and iphone 11 both with the latest software. How did you get yours working?
