Apple Watch Activation Issues

Why am I not able to activate my Apple Watch? 

I need help with activating my Apple Watch on my Xfinity account. The Apple Watch was purchased directly from Xfinity so I’m not sure why I can’t activate it. It keeps giving me an error message. I have been trying since November to activate my Apple Watch. Your call center has no idea what to do. I was on the phone with them for only 30 minutes today when j decided to hang up because so far the agent had done absolutely nothing to help me. Literally. He told me he was on a chat forum with his managers trying to figure out how to activate my Apple Watch. The reason I hung up was because he was about to have me unpair and repair my Apple Watch to my iphone. I have done this about 15 times now. Doesn’t resolve the issue. I want this escalated so I can get someone to respond to me asap! I want to activate my Apple Watch.
