Android 13 update.

I have a Samsung S21 5G. Android 13 has been out for many weeks already. I have not received it yet. Can you tell me when I will receive Android 13 update?

@Checkersizzy​ I can't figure out what the holdup is. This is really a sad situation. I kept seeing all these videos about Android 13 and we got nothing. It's like vaporware.

I thought for sure the update would be there today, but NO, still not there.  I can't believe they're already talking about Android 14 and we don't even have Android 13 Samsung One UI 5!!!  Did Google forget to send Comcast the update???

OK, here is what I found. I called the Xfinity helpline and they told me that it is Samsung that delivers the update. Samsung said that it is the Xfinity that updates the phone. Then I spoke to a supervisor and he said that Xfinity has the update and is not releasing the update. When you go into the settings and upgrade software, it poles a Xfinity server. The update should be on the Xfinity server, but Xfinity is not releasing the update. So now we have to find out why Xfinity is holding back the update.

I have unlocked Z Fold 4 and am still waiting for xfinity to release android13 update - this is reason enough to switch carriers at this point, updates are not that hard and should not take this long.
