Adding extra lines

I was told after several repeated attempts through texting and speaking with their help desk. I was told that the determination of how many lines you can have is decided when you first open an xfinity mobile account and never changes. 

I have been told to wait a month and check back. I think that applies to being able to make a phone purchase.

My account was bumped up to 7 lines as I had 3 phones and 2 watches. So my guess is that the only reason they increased my limit was due to the 2 watches that are charged an extra $10 per month, so my real phone limit may still be 5 phone lines. I guess that if I wanted to add a couple phones for my nephews (bad idea) I can now do that, and I might be able to add a couple of phones for my nieces (also bad idea) if I dropped the 2 watch lines.
