A competent response to my voicemail issue
Well over an hour ago, I began the long journey to find out 1) why I wasn't getting my voicemail notifications, and 2) why, when I accessed my voicemail manually, it would say "You have one new voicemail and 7 saved voicemails," but when I press 1 to hear it, I am told I have no voicemails. I desperately needed to access a saved voicemail I spoke to two tiers of customer service, the last one telling me to restart my phone and he would call back in 3-5 minutes. After 25 minutes, I called back and had to start over again, as they could not connect me back tot he person who was supposed to call me back. You call yourselves a telecommunications company and can't even handle the calls. Both calls were dropped in the middle (and they did call back, but sheesh!) so the last time it happened I told them to never mind. I am going back to my previous carrier. It cost more, but at least I got the basics!!
