5g Ultra Wideband support???

Once again, Xfinity advertises that it has 5g Ultrawideband, yet my phone never shows 5g uw

I called into support tonight to inquire, and she did a chat with her higher support and said "we don't not support Ultra Wideband yet".   I even showed her on the website where Xfinity states they have 5g UW.    She replied again that isn't isn't supported at this time.

Can someone with knowledge actually assist with this?  I don't believe that Support even understand what Ultra Wideband is

Hello @mnsearcher! Appreciate you reaching out for details on this. 5G, 4G LTE are both supported formats, 5G is available nationwide, but it can vary depending on the location you are in if there is support for 5G connectivity. Unfortunately, we are not able to access the full options for position related to where you are attempting to access a 5G connection. Our Xfinity Mobile team is amazing, I am surprised you were not able to get specifics on that. I did include the direct line to our Mobile team to dig in deeper on this. 1 (888) 936-4968

Unfortunately i don’t feel you understand the question either.   I’m asking not asking about 5G but the 5G Ultra Wide signal.   On the Verizon network the symbol on your phone would change to 5G UW.     Where the data speeds would get to over 2,000 Mbps.     The most I’ve been able  to get on Xfinity is 450 Mbps.    In areas that I know Verizon has 5G UW, standing under an antenna.

After I switched from Visible (Verizon owned) I never have the UW logo anymore and I'm going through tons of data.  Why does my phone never show UW anymore after I switched? I tested it and put my Visible SIM in and it shows UW at my work and house still.  Why does Xfinity never show that I'm on UW?

I live in union city, ca. There’s no support for the ultra wide band from Xfinity. If you call Xfinity mobile support they don’t even know about uw band, they act confused. But, what I have noticed, only in rich areas, where they have nice big homes that’s where Verizon 5G ultra wide band antennas are located. As I pass through paseo padre park way in Fremont, Ca. I can see my speed passing over 1k-3k mega bits per second. But the logo on top never display ultra wide band. Where I live, my connection drops to LTE and speeds drops to 10-50 mega bits per second. Verizon won’t install 5G antennas near where I live but they will install antennas  1.5 Miles away in the rich areas.

I've had the same problem for over a month. In store the first person couldnt do anything. I called 1 (888) 936-4968 and the second employee seemed to understand that I wanted to upgrade to the ultra wideband 5g, and said they would switch my plan. I am in the coverage area according to the website. One month later and my plan hasnt switched it just says changes are pending. The third employee didn't know what UW 5g was. I literally read the promotion off of here https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/learn/plan Up until this point xfinity has been great.
