$499 promotion
Hello,
I recently upgraded my phone using a $499 promotion code that I received in the mail. I chose the Iphone 12 mini, which was only $529. I followed the check-out process and the promotion code was accepted and showed me that it would cost me around $1 and some change per month to pay it off. All good. I get the phone and log in and see that I am being charged the FULL amount for the phone ($529) and my monthly payments are set up for $22 for 24 months. It's a completely different bill than what I agreed to when I purchased the phone. I am very confused and concerned. Can someone help me understand where my promotional credit went? Was this a bait and switch with some fine print? Very confused. I'd like to have the promotion properly applied so I can activate this new phone and get rolling with paying off my $29. Help!

You are unlikely to see your device credits until you have activated the new phone and not until the first billing is prepared at the completion of your current billing cycle. The first credit may not show up until just before they actually bill your credit card.
Be sure to keep your promotion email, promotion code, purchase email, and any screenshots just in case.
