$200 Gift Card Bait and Switch

I switched to XFINITY mobile in March and was promised a $200 visa Gift Card which never arrived...It also was NEVER viewable on the incentives tracker. I made two calls   to customer service...on the first call the rep advised the $200 card would be issued on July 7th and I should receive it shortly after it ships. It never came...when I called back I was advised by another rep that the promotion was only for $100 gift card because the $200 promotion didn't begin until the week after I made my purchase...a COMPLETELY different story than what I was told the first time and $100 less than what I was promised by all the signage in the storee and the ads on the web. Know this...when I get my lil $100 card, Im leaving. Words cannot express how sick of being let down or taken advantage of by THIS company in particular. Customer service has always been a sore spot for Xfinity, but this just takes the cake. I cannot believe a company would engage in such unethical behavior to gain subscribers and then play on the intelligence of said subscribers by back peddling on the very thing they used to lure people to their network. I will take every random opportunity to post this story everywhere, and I will complain on every forum available to me because Im not fond of bill. Y'all need to seriously do better...youre going to lose subscribers when people learn this is a scam. I would like what was promised to me...period. All gift what you wanted...in its entirety, why am I left the short end of the stick???? This is enough for me to cancel EVERY xfinity service I have.

@user_8b3e12 Hello, that is not the experience we want you to have. I can look into this gift card concern with you. Would you please direct message your name and complete service address, so we can look into this further?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Had the EXACT same thing happen to me! I was offered $500. So far they have moved the date that I will get it out FOUR separate times.
