Xfinity the the nightmare. Aware worst service ever

My 90 year old mother had phone, internet, tv and security installed by Xfinity Friday. What a nightmare. No one tec wore booties and tracked mud into my mother's house. They were not prepared to setup the phone. That took me all day to fix you mistake. My mother still can't record on the TV. The security guy left all the wires hanging out of the secutity box and someone has to come back. The alarm went off at 3:00 am for no apparent reason. You terrified my 90 year old mother. How pathetic. The standard response "was that is not my area".
