I keep getting text messages saying that if I return my unused equipment, I could get a lower bill which would be great because all I do is use Wi-Fi and you guys are charging me $200 a month which I feel is excessive however when you click on the item that they want you to return, they want me to return the only item I have so I’m confused

I am a single mother of two kids. I do not make enough to pay all my bills and this bill is almost $200 and all I do is use Wi-Fi. Why is it so expensive
