Hello, @user_7ikakw. I appreciate you making us aware that you're having difficulties printing a return label due to this error message via Forums. Just in case you weren't aware, you can take the device you're trying to return to any UPS service center and/or Xfinity store and they'll take care of printing the label for you. You may use the Xfinity app to find the address to the nearest store to you.
