No Response for my request to add new address after almost 2 months
I had a support ticket open with Xfinity, the number is [Edited: "Personal Information"], it was about making my address serviceable by Xfinity.
I was told that I should get an update in 10 business days back then.
I live in a new construction community, Xfinity is supported based on Seller. And my next-door neighbours are already using Xfinity internet.
Is there anyway to expedite the process to add my address as serviceable in your system?
