Cable box not working
On April 28, I exchanged two Xfinity cable boxes for new ones since the ones I had were old. I installed one of the boxes in one room made sure all the cables were plugged in right. But been having trouble shooting it. That day it took almost two hours before it finally went on. And ever since then it been going on and off . Saying no signal. And then going on again.

Were you having this no signal issue with old boxes? And what about the second box is that one just fine? That first box may just be faulty and need to be swapped again. First I would check the cabling and any splitters to make sure there are no loose connections or damage. I would check HDMI cable to make sure it is fine, and you have your TV on the right inputs to receive a signal from the cable box. Also, try a different input if necessary. Lastly, check the power source to make sure any power outlets or power strips aren't going bad.
