Been on hold too talk to a supervisor for over 20 mins no one seems to help with my issue

I've been playing pass the phone for 3 hours now.. No one can resolve my issue and I've been on hold to speak to a supervisor for 20 minutes now.

They offer services to community properties but can't connect a tenant to a new unit. They hang up on you or transfer or act like they can't hear you and hang up

The concern is not related to Xfinity Compliments................... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
