Bury temp line running down street
There is a temp line connected from pedestal in front of my house and running down a big portion of our street to some other houses. It’s been sitting along the curb and across driveways for almost 2 months and hasn’t been buried yet. Google Fiber is now on our street this week doing a ton of digging in yards for new lines. I’m worried the flimsy Comcast line will get impacted. How do I get help or status from their Plant/Construction teams? It’s not specifically for our my house/account but it will affect a lot of us on street if it’s not addressed now before there is an accidental cut line. I don’t want to call usual Tech Support and go through that long maze of conversations with agents who can’t help me.
