I can not get my app to connect to my modem. I have talk to several customer service reps and non of them can get it fixed

@XfinityQuemekia​ my Internet works but the app will not connect to my modem it just says offline and I have no modem synced to my app so I can’t control anything with the modem like what devices are connected

Are you able to see your Wi-Fi network to connect to?
