You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service. - Xfinity xfi

I am unable to access my internet settings through Xfinity Xfi. Upon logging in and going to settings, I get the error above. 

I searched through the forums, most being about TV and Service for this error, but couldn't find any useful answer. 

I am on the account associated with my router, going through normal settings it says my network's name, has the password, my address, my payment dates and everything, but upon clicking edit or going to https://internet.xfinity.com I get the error. My address is valid, I am on the address, and I am on the network.  I was just wanting to do some port forwarding settings since I was unable to do it from gateway, it told me to go to Xfinity Xfi to do it.
