Xfinity Xfi app not working
I recently moved from an apartment into a new house and connected and activated my modem and now the xfi app will no longer connect. I get the error message "please give us a call. We're having some trouble activating your gateway." My xfi app worked before just fine when I moved the first time, but now my second time moving it no longer seems to be working. All my devices connect fine as well and I'm having no trouble logging in.
