Xfinity xfi app no longer showing connected devices in real time

It says 1 of the 14 connected devices are connected. Says profiles are active and gives times but no devices have shown as connected since 10/4. Tried gateway resets, uninstalled app and logged in again. Same issue. Seems to be consistent. Any updates @xfinity?!

Same thing for me. I found this suggestion and it worked for me. If you have never changed your admin information for your Gateway, the default username is admin and default password is password.
