Xfinity wifi causing wifi calling/texting issues suspect ADVANCED SECURITY

Everywhere in the universe My old s10 and new s21 5G as well as my wife's s21 can text iphone users and android users without issue as well as when we dial a number it rings withing 15 sec.  At home, very buggy.  Most texts fail 2 or 3 times before finally going through and 4/10 calls don't go thru.  I turned off ADVANCED SECURITY and both phones work perfectly.. I can't be only person with ATT phone and Xfinity internet and wonder if anyone else has this issue.  Also, is there a basic firewall still being used even if Advanced turned off.  Any input would be appreciated.
