I don't understand when a company as large as Comcast cannot answer a simple question? Much less fix it? Dozens of times I have gotten the same response as below here. I have been trying to access voice caller history. Same response for a long time now. My phone app says I cannot access my phone history because I am not a USER. I am the only one on the account for at least the past six years. I pay the huge bill every month. A support call to [Edited: Inflammatory] or whatever call center Comcast uses was supposed to fix it for me. Never happened.

Repeated message trying to reach Xfinity Support.
I am the only User on my account.
The user name I see here is wfbu08
That is not my user name.
Called customer support today and way too high of background noise in the call center.
Had to hang up. Couldn't hear what agent was telling me.

For troubleshooting purposes we will want to make sure we are using the primary username on the account to sign in to the app. Could you please use this link here to identify the primary username on the account? When using the link, please recover the primary username by confirming your social security number as the mobile phone number and email address options could accidentally identify a secondary username on the account.
