Hi, I need help restoring the Pause Device and Downtime Schedule features on my Xfinity app. I use these to manage my son's internet access and after the app auto-updated to version 5.7, the Profiles section is completely gone and with it all the pause and downtime schedule options. I have reinstalled the app 4 times and the issue is still there. Other users on the forum are reporting the exact same bug after the 5.7 update. I need the pause and downtime schedule features restored so I can control my son's devices. Can you please fix this on the backend for my account? Thank you.

Good evening @user_267gxo, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums to let us know that you are also experiencing issues with the Pause and Downtime schedule features on the Xfinity app. Have you tried resetting your modem or deleting and recreating the schedule? If so, please let us know if this worked.

 Customer Service messed all existing features on app and now i am unable to download billing history or statements.
