Xfinity support

I also have not been able to access my Xfinity rewards for over 2 weeks, doesn't matter what device I use, but usually access from the Xfinity app, it just buffers and will not load, when will this be fixed?

Hello There @user_68b970 thank you so much for taking the time to reach out via our Xfinity Forums. Is this issue still present? Have you gone through any basic troubleshooting such as uninstalling/reinstalling and caring cache/cookies from your browsers?  We're not tracking any know issues with the Xfinity App, but are more than happy to help troubleshoot.
