Xfinity Support

I cannot get past the login screen on the xfinity app and I get the 'hmm the page didn't load correctly' screen when attempting to login via a web browser. I did attempt to clear my cache and try again to no avail

Hi Ekaj101, thank you for reaching out to us here on our Forum. You've come to the right place for help, to better understand your issue can you tell me what Xfinity app you're trying to access? Also do you get the same error message when you try to login to any other apps?

@XfinityAmir thanks for the response. I actually went into an Xfinity store and the tech was able to resolve my issue (which was related to my profile being incomplete or something along those lines).
