xfinity saying my laptop is paused, but it’s not
Laptop worked while connected to wifi for 3 days. On the 4th day, i had intermittent connection going in and out. And now everytime i attempt to connect to wifi, it opens a window saying the device is paused. I open the app, and it is not paused. Issue has persisted for days while restating modem, laptop, my phone with the app. Customer service has been zero help on the phone.

Hello @Moby_Nick5, thanks for reaching out for help with your device and connections. That is strange that the device is saying its paused, but the app is not reflecting that same information. By chance, do you have any devices paused when you look at your device management in the app?
