Xfinity rewards

Hi I have been trying to redeem todays weekly rewards for 30 minutes and keep getting

"A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')."

This error is on the android app, I tried clearing the cache no luck, clearing data/cache no luck

I logged into my account on Android phone in both Chrome and Firefox no luck with redeeming reward.

I jumped to a android laptop no luck

I jumped on my work windows edge no luck...

Any ideas?
