xfinity mobile app displays "lets try that again"

When lauching the xfinity app, it only displays info on the "overview" tab, click anywhere on that or click on "connect" tab, always get "Lets try that Again" click on that button and returns the same.  Is there a known issue with the xfinity app?  this seems to be a recent issue, worked fine before.

I have the exact same issue, and it started just recently. Hopefully someone is able to provide a solution. Also waiting to see how we can fix this...

I hope so too, this is annoying.  I believe this started happening to me after v3.22.0, even the latest version 3.24.1 gives me the same error when trying to communicate to my gateway, always get "we encountered an error" and prompts the "lets try that again" button which of course dont work when clicking it.
