Xfinity message not an authorized user
When I try to log into my account or xfinity xFi app, I get the messsage “Access not authorized, you have signed in successfully but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service”

Hi @Pnt , Please click forgot password and then if you don't know your user name please click forgot user name to be able to get inside your account.
