My xfinity home doesn’t work.  I cannot connect. The app is asking g me to sign in but it won’t let me.

user_8pjlpa Is the issue with just the app, or does the touchscreen also having trouble with controlling the security system as well while at home? Do you get any errors when trying to sign into the app as well, or is it just looping when you click log in?
