Xfinity downtime not working right

Xfinity downtime is not using the times assigned, just completely stopping all devices. Please help solve this.

@Erin9 Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding the downtime issues that you are having on the XfI app and services. I totally rely on this app in my household as I have 2 teenagers and were it not working as it should for me then I would be super frustrated. I would love to get to the bottom of this with you. Can you please reach out through private message (find out how to do so with this link https://comca.st/3pmxQ20) with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?

This was happening to me too on the devices I had set up for downtime. After doing some problem solving, I’ve discovered that the time zone must have been changed in the app so that the times I’ve set up for downtime on my kids devices is occurring 8 hours before it’s scheduled. I have things set up to shut off at 9:00 pm PST but they are shutting off at 1 pm PST. Everything seems to be moved up by 8 hrs. When I tested this out by adjusting the downtime and start time by 8 hrs it works. Very annoying that I need to make this adjustment. Hopefully the developers will fix this glitch in the app very soon!
