Xfinity Connect App

I have contacted Xfinity 3 times with no luck on the email on their Xfinity Connect app not working on my iPhone 12 . I get a spinning circle each and every time. I close the app all the way out, start over and nothing? I do get my email on my phone but I did like using this app. Thanks for any assistance

It will provide you with information on how to use the Connect web portal at https://comca.st/3yIo2rf to retrieve your email and also using a third party email client to do the same as well. Please let us know if you have any other questions at all. Thank you so much.
