@Yuallnvme78 - Thank you for letting us know, and for taking the time to try those highly recommended steps when having issues with the app. I tested it on my phone just now, and the screen was white/blank at first, but then Xfinity Assistant loaded just fine for me after only a moment or two. May I ask what kind of device you are using the Xfinity App on?

Thank you for confirming. There isn't a known issue with that device and the app. Is the issue present if you attempt to use it on the web browser through xfinity.com?
My xfinity assistant isn't working as well. I think it's an issue on their end that they haven't noticed yet and haven't attempted to fix it yet; but I really need them to fix the assistant because I am very concerned about why my bill went from $70 to $108 in just one month (January to February) and I need answers now! And I do believe my billing statement is incorrect because there's noway my bill should have jumped... I believe they're just trying to get extra money out of me and that's not gonna happen I'll cancel my plan before I get robbed blind.

Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name and address so we may further assist you.
I've tried getting help but everytime I get someone on here I put what's wrong and I never here a fix just whats this whats this they ghosted and a rep comes on and does same thing so I gave up since nobody can help me ill just call when I have a problem cause obviously you have more problems with the app then you realize
