Xfinity's apps are for mobile devices. They won't work on a Windows computer unless it is running software that emulates a mobile device. https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-app/69a35b85abb1661cdf11a212?commentId=69a4ae0ad8416000e8526b16 might be a possibility.
