You've contacted the right place for assistance and want to help if you're still having issues with not seeing the equipment in the Xfinity App. I had a few questions to see if you may have already attempted any of these steps:
- Is the Xfinity App up to date (no required updates)? - Is your mobile device up to date (no required updates)? - Have you cleared cache/history on the mobile device? - Have you attempted to reset the modem, and checked the App afterwards? - Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the App? - Have you attempted to log into your account online, and see if the modem is not appearing when logged in there as well?

Same for us. We lost a tab that shows our gateway. We lost a list of network names and passwords. No longer see connected devices or information about outages in the area that may affect our services. I do not understand why these things get changed from time to time for the worse by this company. I can find no information when go on the web to my account either. My bill goes up and up and services get ruined anyway.
